The Simran is our signature ring-drape kaftan, colourblocked in tangerine and fuchsia for that main-character moment. Hand-draped and finished in our Gurugram studio, it falls easy, moves easier, and needs no styling — just sunglasses and a good exit.
Made for airport runs, festive brunches, and every time you want to feel like Simran running through the fields, but in 2026.

General Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable.

• Items purchased during a sale, at a discount, using a coupon code or gift voucher, or made as customized orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

• We offer reverse pickups for approved exchanges. The cost of reverse pickup will be borne by the customer and communicated at the time of approval based on the weight of the product.

• If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, the reverse pickup cost will be covered by us.

Customized products on customer request are not eligible for Return and Exchange .

Products purchased during the Flash Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns

If the product you receive is in bad condition or the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. You must take a video and 2 photos of the package and submit it via e-mail at care.piaah@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the evidence, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional cost.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the customer dislikes the material, color, or design of the product. (Please read the product description carefully before ordering.)

• If the customer wishes to exchange for a different product or size.

• If the customer is dissatisfied with the fabric or texture.

• If the product matches the description and price but is not to the customer’s preference.

• If the item has been washed, worn, or used.

• If the item was purchased with a discount code.

• For minor issues such as loose threads, pulled tassels, or transit-related damage like zippers, which are easily repairable.

Return / Damaged Product Policy
To process any return or claim for a damaged product, customers are required to record a full unboxing video of the parcel from the moment it is received.
The video must clearly show:

The shipping label and outer packaging before opening
The unboxing process without any pauses or edits
The product condition upon opening

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• If the product has a manufacturing defect.

• If the wrong product or incorrect size was delivered.

Exchange Process:

• Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

• Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

• Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size, if applicable. Switching to a different product is not allowed.

• For exchanges due to our error (manufacturing defect or incorrect item), reverse pickup will be arranged free of cost.

• For all other reasons, the reverse pickup charge will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes:

• Products must be unused, unwashed, stain-free, and properly packed for exchange approval.

• Exchanges will be denied if the returned item fails to meet these conditions.

• Please allow a 10–12% color variation due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for such variations.
