1. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. We are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

General Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable.

• Items purchased during a sale, at a discount, using a coupon code or gift voucher, or made as customized orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

• We offer reverse pickups for approved exchanges. The cost of reverse pickup will be borne by the customer and communicated at the time of approval based on the weight of the product.

• If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, the reverse pickup cost will be covered by us.

Customized products on customer request are not eligible for Return and Exchange

Products purchased during the Flash Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Returns

If the product you receive is in bad condition or the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. You must take a video and 2 photos of the package and submit it via e-mail at care.piaah@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the evidence, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional cost.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the customer dislikes the material, color, or design of the product. (Please read the product description carefully before ordering.)

• If the customer wishes to exchange for a different product or size.

• If the customer is dissatisfied with the fabric or texture.

• If the product matches the description and price but is not to the customer’s preference.

• If the item has been washed, worn, or used.

• If the item was purchased with a discount code.

• For minor issues such as loose threads, pulled tassels, or transit-related damage like zippers, which are easily repairable.

Damaged & Defective Products

 

All products are quality checked before dispatch. To claim a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Unboxing Video Requirements

The video must:

Show the sealed parcel from all four sides before opening.

Be recorded in one continuous shot without cuts, edits, or pauses.

Capture the complete unboxing process from opening the parcel until the product is fully removed and inspected.

 

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Any edited, fake, or repacked unboxing video will lead to permanent blacklisting of the customer.

Replacement Policy

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be returned to us for inspection before a replacement is processed.

Exchange shipping charges We will bear forward shipping charges in case of Damaged product.

Only replacement will be provided for damaged or defective products.

If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

In case bag not like or not suiting etc not eligible for refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• If the product has a manufacturing defect.

• If the wrong product or incorrect size was delivered.

Exchange Process:

• Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

• Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

• Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size, if applicable. Switching to a different product is not allowed.

• For exchanges due to our error (manufacturing defect or incorrect item), reverse pickup will be arranged free of cost.

• For all other reasons, the reverse pickup charge will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes:

• Products must be unused, unwashed, stain-free, and properly packed for exchange approval.

• Exchanges will be denied if the returned item fails to meet these conditions.

• Please allow a 10–12% color variation due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for such variations.

 

Pricing, Taxes & International Orders

 

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties for deliveries within India.

 

• International orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
